Test the feasibility and effects of xDLIP structuring directly on your products. The xDLIP technology is so flexible and versatile that even we are far from having an overview of all possible applications and potentials. It is worth testing the potential of xDLIP on your products.
Imitate surfaces from living nature and project the desired functions onto your products
With xDLIP technology, you are able to do this – across the scales (sub-µm to µm), with high precision, automated and in record speed (m²/min).
Test xDLIP on your product
With our pulsed laser systems (ns, ps and fs) and using different wavelengths, we are able to test the xDLIP technology in a flexible, material-independent, inexpensive and direct way on your product. Your products are structured by us directly at our headquarter in Saarbrücken.
Material characterization and process optimization
You don’t know what your product surface looks like and which possibilities for optimization are available?
We are able to provide a detailed topographical, chemical as well as microstructural analysis of your material or product surfaces due to our many years of experience in material science and the access to high-tech equipment before and after the xDLIP process.
For this purpose, the following methods are used:
- Scanning electron microscopy (SEM + EDS, EBSD detectors),
- Focused Ion Beam (FIB),
- White Light Interferometer (WLI),
- Laser scanning microscopy (LSM),
- X-ray diffraction (XRD)
- Spectroscopic methods
- …and further test systems for wetting measurement, tribological analysis etc.
Technological improvement of your product becomes not only measurable in this way, but we also understand exactly the reason for the improvement.
We are looking forward to accept the challenge and find exactly the right structure for your product, your application and your goals.
