We are able to provide a detailed topographical, chemical as well as microstructural analysis of your material or product surfaces due to our many years of experience in material science and the access to high-tech equipment before and after the DLIP process.
For this purpose, the following methods are used:
- Scanning electron microscopy (SEM + EDS, EBSD detectors),
- Focused Ion Beam (FIB),
- White Light Interferometer (WLI),
- Laser scanning microscopy (LSM),
- X-ray diffraction (XRD)
- Spectroscopic methods
- …and further test systems for wetting measurement, tribological analysis etc.
